Measuring is one of the cornerstones in all product manufacturing in order to guarantee product quality. Control measuring is performed as a final inspection before delivery and also on various occasions during the manufacturing process.
All our products are inspected and measured before delivery and throughout the whole production chain. Maprotec has its own measuring department equipped with CMM machines that provide highly accurate measuring results by measuring various points on parts. The components we manufacture are part of complex systems in which the slightest variation may cause problems. CMM measuring guarantees that our products are of high quality and comply with drawings and the customer’s specifications.
Upon request, we also carry out control measuring of other manufacturers’ products. After we have measured and inspected that the parts are consistent with drawings, we send the parts back to the customer. The customer receives a certificate showing that the parts are dimensionally correct; a document that is often necessary for product delivery.
